The standard
The system should serve the work.
Inventory should match the floor. Medical billing should not punish the patient or the staff. Warehouse software should help operators move, not turn every exception into a workaround.
Siua starts with the work as it really happens, then makes the technical decisions required for the system to survive real data, staff turnover, and the next change.
A convincing demo is not the standard. A system people can rely on is.

An engagement pattern

- Staff a revolving door of juniors under a senior name on the proposal.
- Expand scope just because the budget is there.
- Build surveillance dressed up as productivity.
- Treat Labs experiments as finished products when they are not.
